&& GIS Developer

Personal Profile

Since I was a young child, I have been fascinated by both maps and the cultural landscape. As a technology-intensive geographer, my goal is to share my passion with others by advocating the sharing of geographic data, so others can see the world digitally.

I spend a lot of time exploring options for the best way to make these things happen. Professionally, I currently design interactive maps and develop and maintain other GIS solutions.

I'm happily married, and we have two (exhausting and quite lovable) young boys.

I consider myself to be a lifelong student, researcher, and teacher.
My eventual career goal is to teach at a Research University in the Western United States.
